En bas, m\u00eame chose dans une souris d\u00e9ficiente en plasmine, on observe des ossifications ectopiques importantes.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Cet article montre l&rsquo;importance d&rsquo;enlever la fibrine pour \u00e9viter une r\u00e9ponse calcifiante exag\u00e9r\u00e9e et permettre une bonne cicatrisation du tissu osseux. Si la formation d&rsquo;un caillot autour de la fracture limite le saignement, un d\u00e9faut dans son nettoyage s&rsquo;accompagne d&rsquo;un d\u00e9faut de r\u00e9paration.<\/p>\n<p>Ce papier est fascinant par ses implications en pathologie ost\u00e9oarticulaire, toutes situations d&rsquo;hypofibrinolyse augmenteraient le risque d&rsquo;une mauvaise cicatrisation du tissu osseux. Il serait tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressant de savoir si un d\u00e9faut de fibrinolyse dans des tissus mous ou dans la paroi vasculaire peut faire le lit de calcifications ectopiques.<\/p>\n<p>Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un article de recherche fondamentale, il est difficile d&rsquo; extrapoler \u00e0 la clinique humaine. Il serait tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressant de voir si chez des patients avec des mutations dans le g\u00e8ne du plasminog\u00e8ne il existe des cals exub\u00e9rants ou des retards \u00e0 la consolidation des fractures.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;h\u00e9mostase n&rsquo;a pas fini de nous \u00e9tonner.
